Kinetic is pleased to announce the appointment of Yael Boneh as Group General Counsel, following a comprehensive recruitment process that included both internal and external candidates, with active engagement from the Board. 

Yael joined Kinetic in 2023 as a Senior Manager in the M&A and commercial team before quickly progressing to lead the company's strategic growth function. In this capacity, she provided oversight for Kinetic's transactions while also spearheading investment opportunities and expansion into new markets and adjacencies.

Yael’s appointment to the role of Group General Counsel capitalises on her extensive experience from top-tier private practice, focusing on corporate advisory, private equity, commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as experience in top ASX-listed environments, advising Boards of directors and executives on key strategic, commercial and governance matters, managing enterprise transactions and assisting with the oversight of a global team. Her expertise has already proven invaluable to Kinetic's operations.

This appointment reinforces Kinetic’s commitment to strong governance, legal excellence, and strategic growth.
